BiniBit does not support fiat pairs, fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, derivatives, futures, options, margin trading, lending, or OTC services. It is not currently licensed by a specific crypto-asset regulator; the operating entity is registered under Panamanian commercial law.
BiniBit charges a flat 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker fee across all spot pairs. Cryptocurrency deposits are free. Withdrawal fees are network-dependent and calculated per asset, with the current schedule published at https://binibit.com/fees.

BiniBit does not accept direct fiat deposits or withdrawals. Users convert between fiat and crypto through the separate peer-to-peer module, transacting directly with each other using local payment methods with built-in dispute resolution. The exchange does not custody fiat balances.
The technology stack is entirely proprietary. BiniChain is a Proof-of-Stake EVM Layer 1 operated on Geth and Lighthouse, with a public RPC at https://rpc.binibit.com and a public block explorer at https://scan.binibit.com. The BiniChain network hosts BaiDEX, the launchpad, the token bridges, and BINI as native gas.
Geographic focus is global, with primary user concentration in Eastern Europe and CIS, Latin America, and South-East Asia. Access is restricted from the United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and other jurisdictions on the OFAC sanctions list. The exchange operates under standard Panamanian commercial law.
